We are currently fee-for-service and do not take insurance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however we are happy to provide a detailed receipt for tax and possible Insurance reimbursement purposes!
We do require a form of payment on file to prevent late cancelation.
Follow up sessions 30 minutes - $190.00
Missed/Late/No Show Fee - $170.00
